Python Job: SPECTRAL IMAGING SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Adecco Specialized Recruitment is developing a recruitment process for a Spectral Imaging Software Engineer (M/F) (M/F), for Lisboa.

• Working in technologically advanced research projects that combine hardware and software development.
• Creation of machine learning models for the classification of objects in images. The classification models can vary from neural networks and deep learning to statistical models.
• Writing project reports, research articles and project applications.

• Master's (or 5 year degree) in Physics, Electronics, Computer science or engineering in general (having a PhD is also a plus);
• Knowledge of Python and C# are our preferred languages;
• Knowledge of Keras and Tensorflow is a plus;
• Knowing what multispectral and hyperspectral imaging is or having knowledge of spectroscopy in general is relevant;
• Ability and willingness to gather data in field experiments, usually with cameras or spectrometers;
• Knowledge of computer vision is highly relevant since the person will be asked to create software to process and analyse images.
